Antonio Banderas goes silent and lets his action do the talking in the trailer for his latest film, which is directed by the talented Isaac Florentine.
Formerly known as The Stoic, the film is now titled Acts of Vengeance, and stars Banderas as Frank Valera, a fast-talking lawyer whose life is nearly destroyed when his family is killed. Opting to seek revenge, he trains in self-defense and decides to take a vow of silence until he brings the killers to justice.
Karl Urban, Paz Vega, and the director himself co-star in the film, written by Matt Venne, with fight choreography by Tim Man, who has worked with Florentine on a number of recent action films Ninja: Shadow of a Tear and Boyka: Undisputed (which Florentine produced), both starring Scott Adkins.
The newly-titled Acts of Vengeance is due for release in late 2017.
