Graham and Friends Become Hilariously Empowered in “Half Magic” Trailer

Heather Graham is setting the stage to make her directorial debut in the upcoming comedy Half Magic and the first trailer has dropped.

Aside from writing and directing, Graham takes the lead role along with Angela Kinsey and Stephanie Beatriz as three women who use their newly formed sisterhood to fight against sexism, bad relationships and low self-esteem. Through embracing their wild adventures, they learn the secret to ultimate fulfillment.

Radcliffe is a “Burden” in New Trailer

Daniel Radcliffe is in a serious bind in the trailer for his latest film Beast of Burden.

Pilot Sean Haggerty must deliver cocaine across the US-Mexico border for his final run as a drug smuggler. Alone in a small plane, he is faced with the burden of choosing between his allegiance to the Cartel, his deal with the Drug Enforcement Administration and saving his increasingly tense relationship with his wife, eagerly awaiting his return.

The film co-stars Pablo Schreiber and Grace Gummer. Jesper Ganslandt directed the film from a script by Adam Hoelzel.

Momentum Pictures will release Beast of Burden to theaters, VOD, and Digital HD on February 23.

Kwok and Crew Are Back in Well Go USA’s “Monkey King 3” Trailer

Aaron Kwok is back as Sun Wukong in the U.S. trailer to the long awaited sequel The Monkey King 3.

Along with Wukong, Monk Tang Xuanzuan (William Feng), Zhu Bajie (Xuanshanzeng), and Sha Wujing (Him Law) find themselves taken captive on the Womanized Land of Western Liang, where the monk finds himself slowly falling for the land’s Queen (Zanilla Zhao). When the group plan to escape, they have angered the River God, who plans to unleash her wrath on the land as foretold by an ancient prophecy. It is up to Wukong and team to stop the River God before it’s too late.

Soi Cheang returns to helm the film, which will be released in U.S. theaters on February 16 by Well Go USA, in time for the Chinese New Year.

If you love the Cartoon Network series Teen Titans Go! then you are definitely going to have a total hilarious blast with their first major big screen adventure.

Teen Titans Go to the Movies bring back Greg Cipes as Beast Boy, Scott Menville as Robin, Khary Payton as Cyborg, Tara Strong as Raven, and Hynden Walch as Starfire. Will Arnett and Kristen Bell will also lend their voices to the film.

The film is set for a July 27, 2018 release date from Warner Bros. and DC.

Moussi is Back in Well Go USA’s Official “Kickboxer: Retaliation” Trailer

Alain Moussi returns as Kurt Sloane as Well Go USA unleashes the sequel Kickboxer: Retaliation this month! IGN has released the first official trailer to the film.

Set one year after the events of Kickboxer: Vengeance, professional MMA fighter Kurt Sloane finds himself back in a place he never imagined returning to: Thailand. Implicated in the death of Tong Po, Sloane finds himself at odds with Thomas Moore, the man behind the underground fight ring he and Tong Po competed in. Sloane is now challenged to take on a new beast in the 6’8″, 400-pound monster Mongkut. At first Kurt refuses, but when his wife is kidnapped, he finds no other choice but to accept the fight. Sloane not only reunites with his Muay Thai mentor, he finds a new band of allies who will help him train for the fight of a lifetime.

Jean-Claude Van Damme, Sara Malakul Lane, Sam Medina, and Steven Swadling reprise their roles from the original film with a cast of newcomers to the mix, including boxing legend Mike Tyson, soccer star Ronaldinho, strongman Brian Shaw, MMA fighters Roy “Big Country” NelsonWanderlei Silva, and Fabricio Werdum (who appeared as a different character in Vengeance), kickboxing champion Rico Verhoeven, and Game of Thrones‘ Mountain himself, Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, as the hulking fighter Mongkut. Christopher Lambert plays the mastermind Thomas Moore.

Dimitri Logothesis directed the film and co-produced with Robert Hickman as well as co-wrote the film with Jim McGrath. Jean Francois-LaChappelle and Moussi himself served as the fight choreographers.

Carano is Unleashed in “Scorched Earth” Trailer

Mixed martial arts legend Gina Carano is back on the screens and brings the pain in a post-apocalyptic setting in the trailer for Scorched Earth.

In the film, Carano plays bounty hunter Attica Gage, who in a world that has now become a rudimentary society after a devastating attack from Mother Nature, leaving most of the population gone. Gage is set to get a major bounty against an outlaw named Tom Jackson, played by Ryan Robbins. Things become complicated when she comes across a young slave who reminds Gage of her late sister.

A meshing of MMA action, spaghetti western, and post-apocalyptic film, the movie co-stars John Hannah, Stephanie Bennett, and Alisha Newton. Directed by Peter Howitt from a script by Kevin Leeson and Bobby Mort, Scorched Earth will be coming to a limited theater and VOD release on February 2, 2018.

“Mom and Dad” Trailer Shows Cage Truly Going Bat$#!@ Crazy

If you thought Nicolas Cage already gave crazy performances, then this is truly the icing on the cake.

The trailer for the upcoming Mom and Dad stars Cage and Selma Blair as a couple who, like many other parents, end up for 24 insane hours, attempt to attack their children. Sounds like Home Alone meets The Purge with Cage going absolutely off his rocker as he attempts to go after his kids, with the kids having no other choice but to protect themselves.

The film marks the solo directorial debut of Brian Taylor, who also wrote the film. Taylor is known for his very interesting collaborations with Mark Neveldine on the Crank films starring Jason Statham.

The film co-stars Anne Winters and Zachary Arthur.

Momentum Pictures will unleash Mom and Dad to theaters, VOD, and Digital HD on January 19.

Del Toro Returns in Trailer to “Sicario” Sequel

Benicio Del Toro gears up for a second round of action in the trailer to the sequel Sicario 2: Soldado.

While Emily Blunt does not return for this sequel, Del Toro ‘s Alejandro returns with Josh Brolin, who reprises his role as Matt Graver with the drug war on the US-Mexico border having been escalated as the cartels have begun trafficking terrorists across the US border. To fight the war, federal agent Matt Graver re-teams with the mercurial Alejandro.

Catherine Keener, Isabel Moner, Matthew Modine, and Jeffrey Donovan co-star with Stefano Sollima taking over directorial duties from Denis Villeneuve with Taylor Sheridan once again having written the script.

Sicario 2: Soldado opens on June 29, 2018 in theaters from Columbia Pictures.

The Gang Arrives in “Ocean’s 8” Trailer

A new gang is ready to pull of a heist in the trailer to Ocean’s 8, a spinoff of the George Clooney-led heist comedies.

Sandra Bullock takes the role of Debbie Ocean, the sister of Clooney’s Danny Ocean, who is out on parole. She decides to gather seven others and pull off a heist at the Met Ball as a motive for revenge against someone who did her wrong. The crew joining Bullock consists of Cate Blanchett, Mindy Kaling, Rihanna, Awkwafina, Sarah Paulson, Anne Hathaway, and Helena Bonham Carter. Co-starring are James Corden and Richard Armitage.

Ocean’s 8 comes to theaters on June 8, 2018 from Warner Brothers.

The “Dead” Returns in Red-Band “Bloodline” Trailer

The living dead returns in the red-band trailer of Day of the Dead: Bloodline.

In this re-imagining of the 1985 classic by the late George A. Romero, a former med school student is tormented by a dark figure from her past. The only thing is, he’s a half-human, half-zombie hell-bent on destroying her world.

The film stars Jonathan Schaech, Sophie Skelton, Marcus Vanco, and Jeff Gum. The film was directed by Hèctor Hernández Vicens from a script by Mark Tonderai and Lars Jacobson.

Saban Films has announced that the film will be released in theaters, VOD, and Digital HD on January 5, 2018.
