Korean Thriller “Heart Blackened” Comes to L.A. on November 10

A man searches for answers in Jung Ji-Woo‘s newest thriller, coming to Los Angeles on November 10.

In Heart Blackened, Tae-san is a man who truly has everything – money, fame, and power. He has two women in his life, his only daughter, Mira, and his chart- topping pop star fiancee, Yuna. Mira doesn’t take kindly to her stepmother-to-be and when Yuna gets killed in a horrific accident, Mira is arrested as the suspect. His world completely turned upside down, Tae-san firmly believes that his daughter is not the killer and mobilizes all his resources to protect her, including hiring Choi Hee-jeong, a lawyer to defend his daughter in court. Meanwhile he orchestrates a risky plan to find his fiancée’s real killer.

Choi Min-Sik, Park Shin-Hye, Lee Soo-Kyung, Lee Na-Hui, and Ryu Jun-Yeol star in the film.The film is a remake of the 2013 Chinese film Silent Witness.

CJ Entertainment will debut the film at the CGV Cinemas in Los Angeles and Buena Park on November 10.
