He is coming back…the first trailer to Keanu Reeves‘ return to the role of John Wick has arrived and it is amazing!

Reeves’ ex-hitman turned avenger first burst onto screens in 2014 with an amazing action thriller where he goes after the ones responsible for the death of his dog (a last gift from his departed wife) and the theft of his car. The film featured Reeves going what we call “gun-jitsu”, a meshing of gunplay and MMA-inspired grappling that just proved to be great to look at.

Reeves and longtime collaborator Chad Stahelski return to bring a second dose of action with original scripter Derek Kolstad writing this sequel. The supporting cast includes Ian McShane, Bridget Moynihan, Peter Stormare, Lance Reddick, Ruby Rose, and Reeves’ Matrix co-star, Laurence Fishburne.

John Wick Chapter 2 is set for a February 10, 2017 release date from Lionsgate.
