With Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey II and Mickey’s Mouse Trap coming later this year, it is now time to reveal not 1, but 2 upcoming horror film involving the public domain character of Cinderella.
First, there’s Cinderella’s Revenge, which stars Lauren Staerck as the titular princess who after escaping from her wicked stepmother, decides not to go to the ball to find her prince. Instead, with the help of her fairy godmother (Natasha Henstridge), Cinderella is seeking some revenge…bloody one at that! Andy Edwards directed the film and is co-produced by Class of 1984 helmer Mark L. Lester. The film will be released in select theaters on April 26, 2024 from Iconic Events. Find out more at Bloody Disgusting.

Originally set to be released last October, we will be getting Louisa Warren‘s Cinderella’s Curse this year. The film stars Kelly Rian Sanson as the evil Cinderella with Warren promising some pretty gory deaths along the way. The film was co-produced by Scott Chambers, who we will see later this year as Christopher Robin in Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey II and was written by Harry Boxley, who wrote last year’s Mary Had a Little Lamb (an underrated nursery rhyme horror film I recommend).
Look out for these two horrific tales on Cinderella later this year!
