Out of Print director Julia Marchese has unveiled the teaser trailer to her upcoming adaptation of the Stephen King short story I Know What You Need, which she considers her “passion project” as this is her favorite King story.
The teaser trailer will surely please retro fans as it is done in an “70s after school special format”. She describes the film as “an after school special slowly dissolving into terror”. The story revolves a romance between two people that is set to go south when Elizabeth slowly begins to learn the harrowing truth about her boyfriend Edward.
Through crowdfunding, Marchese went on location at the University of Maine to shoot the film with a cast including William Champion, Caroline Goldenberg, Giovanna Drummons and Colin Fin.
