Robert Rodriguez‘s live action adaptation of Battle Angel Alita has found its villain in the form of Deadpool nemesis Francis…errr Ajax.
Ed Skrein, who played Ajax in the hit superhero film, will play the character of Zapan, a villainous cyborg who holds a deadly weapon known as the Damascus Blade. Rosa Salazar plays the titular cyborg with impeccable martial arts skills. Christoph Waltz and Jackie Earle Haley co-star in the film with is scheduled to begin shooting next month in Austin, Texas.
Battle Angel Alita is scheduled for sometime in 2017.
