The story of Ireland’s biggest bank robbery is the inspiration for the upcoming thriller No Ordinary Heist.

Inspired by the 2004 Northern Bank robbery, considered one of the biggest in United Kingdom history, the film follows two feuding bank employees who are forced to carry out Ireland’s largest bank robbery after criminals kidnap their families and threaten to kill them.

The film’s ensemble cast includes Eddie Marsan, Eanna Hardwicke, Michelle Fairley, and Eva Birthistle. The film was directed by Colin McIvor, who co-wrote it with Aisling Corristine.

Epic Pictures will release the film exclusively in select theaters on April 24 then going into a VOD/Digital release of April 28.
