In 1987, Chuck Russell burst on to the horror scene when he directed A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors and a year later, he directed a reimagining of the 1950’s classic The Blob.
After working in many other genres including The Mask and The Scorpion King, Russell makes his return to the horror genre with a reimagining of the 1986 cult classic Witchboard. The film, starring Madison Iseman, Aaron Dominguez, Melanie Jarnson, and Jamie Campbell Bower, is coming to theaters on August 15 from The Avenue.
Special Thanks to Chuck Russell and Katrina Wan PR for making this interview possible.
