We have some horror film news that are all too much for an individual post each so we’re rounding them up in the well, what else, Horror Round-Up

The first bit of news comes in the image above, which is the official key art of Final Destination: Bloodlines, with the film’s upcoming May 16 release. The film marks the late Tony Todd‘s final film appearance.

Plagued by a violent recurring nightmare, college student Stefanie heads home to track down the one person who might be able to break the cycle – her grandmother, Iris – and save her family from the grisly demise that inevitably awaits them all.

Next up, some surprisingly news have come out of The InSneider that there is a planned remake of the 1988 cult classic Killer Klowns in Outer Space in the works at Amazon MGM Studios. What’s even more surprising is that Ryan Gosling may be producing the film. It is unclear whether the Chiodo Brothers will be involved as they have mentioned that they had planned sequels and a TV series back over the last decade.

Finally, there is an update with Mike P. Nelson‘s upcoming remake of the 1984 controversial horror tale Silent Night, Deadly Night. Not only has production begun to get the December release ready, it was announced via Bloody Disgusting that Rohan Campbell (Halloween Ends) has been cast as the killer Santa himself, Billy Chapman. It was also announced that Ruby Modine has been cast as Pamela. The film is a co-production of Cineverse and Bloody Disgusting.

Ruby’s father, Matthew Modine, had starred in Nelson’s reboot of Wrong Turn in 2022.

A reimagining of director Charles E. Sellier Jr.’s original 1984 slasher classic, Silent Night, Deadly Night centers on a young boy who witnesses the murder of his parents at the hands of a man dressed as Santa, only to grow up and become a killer himself. Haunted by trauma and fueled by a twisted sense of justice, he puts on the Santa suit and punishes the naughty.

And that’s the current Horror Round-Up…
