Red Sonja is coming back as the reboot film, shot in late 2022, has scored a UK and Ireland release date of late 2025 from Signature Entertainment. A U.S. release has still yet to be announced.

Based on the character by Roy Thomas and Barry Windsor-Smith and inspired by the legendary Robert E. Howard, Matilda Lutz plays the titular warrior, who must band together a group of unlikely allies to stop the evil Empreror Draygan (Robert Sheehan) and his bride, Dark Annasia (Wallis Day).

Michael Bisping, Martyn Ford, Eliza Mantengu, Luca Pasqualino, Rhona Mitra, and Philip Winchester co-star in the film, directed by M.J. Bassett.
