In this exclusive interview, I speak to Canadian filmmaker Michel Kandinsky about his latest film, Canadian, Sniper, which stars Francois Arnaud (“Rapid Eye Movement”, “The Borgias”) as a PTSD-stricken ex-sniper heading home to Canada and dealing with the condition while trying to find out what happened to his father. The film is currently on the film festival circuit.
