It’s time to head back to the Road House as the official trailer to the reboot has finally arrived!

Jake Gyllenhaal takes on the role of ex-UFC fighter Elwood Dalton, who is offered a job to become a head bouncer at a road house in the Florida Keys. His demeanor and action skill set attracts the attention of an unscrupulous businessman (Billy Magnussen) who wants to use the road house as part of a bigger project to make a resort. When Dalton helps the road house, the business sends in his big bad enforcer Knox, played by MMA icon Conor McGregor.

Daniela Melchior and Hannah Love-Lanier co-star in the film, directed by Doug Liman, who made headlines yesterday when he told Deadline that he is boycotting the film’s release on Amazon Prime as he feels the film deserves a theatrical release. The film will screen first at the SXSW Film Festival before its streaming debut on March 21.
