In this exclusive interview, I talk to the husband-wife filmmaking duo of director Denis Kryuchkov and writer/producer Olga Loyanich. Originally from Russia and now based in Spain, the duo hit a following a few years back with their martial arts action film Russian Raid. This year, the duo’s horror film The Whirlpool has been hitting the film festival circuit to some rave. I get to talk to them about both films and there are a few surprises in store as to what’s next from them.
