In 2021, Australian LGBTQ+ filmmaker Alice Maio Mackay gained quite a following with her vampire film, So Vam, revolving around a vampire who targets bigots. Now, she has gone reverse with her latest Bad Girl Boogey, about a mask that causes its wearer to target LGBTQ people. The film will be released on Digital on July 4 followed a DVD release on July 11 from Dark Star Pictures.
