A tale of a foreigner using another to start a new life gets complicated in the trailer to Sin La Habana.

At the urging of his girlfriend, a frustrated Afro-Cuban ballet dancer seduces a lonely Iranian-Canadian divorcee to secure passage from Cuba to Canada, where he plans to reunite with his girlfriend. (Sounds like a tale from 90-day Fiance)

The film stars Yonah Acosta, Aki Yaghoubi, and Evelyn Castroda O’Farrill. Directed by Kaveh Nabatian, the film will be released on VOD on June 27 from Breaking Glass Pictures.
