Inspired by his love of comics and sci-fi, filmmaker and animator J. Allen Williams had a passion project in mind. At the age of 12, he bought a comic book called “Fever Dreams” and one particular story would lead him on a decades-long journey. The end result is MEAD, a new sci-fi action film starring Patton Oswalt as the voice of the titular character, sci-fi legend Robert Picardo, and Patrick Warburton in a cameo as the voice of Timmy the Wunderbot. The film will be released on Digital on August 9 from Vision Films.
Special Thanks to J. Allen Williams and Andrea McKinnon PR for making this interview possible.
