He’s definitely got it!

Mike Mignola has “unearthed” the first official photo of the new Hellboy, to be played by David Harbour.

Re-titled from Hellboy: Curse of the Blood Queen to simply Hellboy, Harbour will take on Milla Jovovich, who will play the villain known as the Blood Queen. Ian McShane will play the hero’s adopted father, Dr. Trevor Broom while Sasha Lane will play Alice Monaghan and Daniel Dae Kim will play were-jaguar Major Ben Daimio. Neil Marshall will be directing from a script co-written by Mignola.

Production is set to begin shortly for a January 11, 2019 release from Lionsgate.
