Key and Peele‘s Jordan Peele makes his directorial debut on an upcoming horror film entitled Get Out, set for release on February 24.
The film stars Daniel Kaluuya as Andre, an African-American man who visits the family of his fiancee, played by Alison Williams. Upon visiting her family’s town, it is apparent that something truly is wrong and Andre now must find a way to escape the madness.
Keith Stanfield (soon to be seen as L in Netflix’s Death Note remake), Catherine Keener, Betty Gabriel, and Bradley Whitford co-star in this very disturbing thriller, which Peele not only directed, but also wrote the screenplay, with an influence from the original Night of the Living Dead in terms of one of the main central characters.
Get Out comes to theaters on February 24 from Universal Pictures.
