The trailer to the upcoming in-name sequel to the 1993 action thriller Hard Target has arrived with an official release date of September 6 on DVD, Blu-Ray, and Digital HD.

Scott Adkins takes the reigns in this Roel Reine-directed action film where he plays Wes Baylor, a disgraced mixed martial artist who takes up an offer to fight in Myanmar for a million-dollar prize. However, unlike anything Wes is used to, the “ring” he faces is the jungle, as he becomes the target for a band of hunters led by Robert Knepper. Rhona Mitra and Michael Dudikoff co-star in the film.

Look out for Hard Target 2 on DVD, Blu-Ray, and Digital HD on September 6 from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment.
