On September 24, the Western Apache Junction, starring Scout Taylor Compton, Stuart Townsend, Trace Adkins, and Thomas Jane will be released in select theaters, On Demand, and Digital. To commemorate the release, WorldFilmGeek have interviewed writer-director Justin Lee and lead star Compton. Lee is an indie versatile filmmaker whose work has included Final Kill, Big Legend, and Badland. Compton will be perhaps known for her roles as Laurie Strode in Rob Zombie‘s remake of Halloween in 2009 as well as real-life metal queen Lita Ford in the music biopic The Runaways, with Kristen Stewart as Joan Jett and Dakota Fanning as Cherie Currie.
