When you hear the name Isaac Florentine, you are most likely guaranteed to enjoy a wild action ride. This time, the Israeli-born martial artist and filmmaker is teaming up with Antonio Banderas as production has begun on their new film Stoic.

In the film, Banderas will be playing a lawyer who seeks to avenge the murders of his wife and son. Florentine will play a martial arts master who trains Banderas’ character. Florentine is trained in the arts of Judo and Shito-Ryu Karate. Even more outstanding is that Tim Man (center), a Swedish-Chinese martial arts ace, will be the film’s fight choreographer.

The film co-stars Paz Vega, Karl Urban, and Robert Forster. Production is going on now and is due for a 2017 release date.
