A few months ago, Thai action star Tony Jaa was announced to be working on a film with Ip Man series director Wilson Yip and Hong Kong action legend Sammo Hung on a film entitled Fate.
Production has begun on the film, which now goes under the title Paradox. Jaa completed his scenes this week in which he helps lead star Louis Koo, who plays a father who goes to Thailand to find his missing teenage daughter only to find himself involved in a black market organ smuggling ring, led by American-born Hong Kong-based martial arts expert and actor Chris Collins. Koo’s character teams up with Jaa and Wu Yue to face Collins in combat, which Hung choreographed.
Paradox is still in production for a 2017 release date.
