Lin Oeding (left), a renowned stunt performer and stunt coordinator in many Hollywood films and television series, will be bringing a new meaning to working in the office with his next film.
The film is titled Office Uprising and stars Brenton Thwaites (right) as an underachiever working at a major weapons manufacturing firm who finds that his co-workers have been “weaponized” by a new energy drink designed for the military. He must then set off to rescue his one true love from an office building full of psychotic coworkers armed with tomorrow’s deadliest tech. The film is a meshing of action, horror, and comedy.
The film co-stars Jane Levy, who got rave review for her role in the Evil Dead remake. The script was written by Ian Shorr and Peter Gamble Robinson. Production is set to begin in November in Alabama from The Exchange, one of the companies responsible for the recent remake Kickboxer: Vengeance.
Oeding recently directed his first feature film, Braven, starring Jason Momoa and Stephen Lang, due for release next year.
Look out for the film sometime in 2017.
