The gang is back in the first trailer of the eagerly anticipated sequel Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.

Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, and Vin Diesel return in the respective roles of Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax the Destroyer, Rocket Raccoon, and Groot in this sequel directed by the returning James Gunn.

The teaser shows a hilarious sympathetic conversation between Drax and Star-Lord. Also appearing in the film are Karen Gillan returning as Nebula, Michael Rooker as Yondu, and Kurt Russell as Star-Lord’s father!

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is set for a May 5, 2017 release date from Marvel Studios.
