The trailer for the sequel S Storm starring Louis Koo and Julian Cheung has arrived and it looks to be just as good as its predecessor, Z Storm.

In this sequel, Koo’s ICAC commander William Luk teams up with CID detective Cheung to stop a wanted criminal with a possible connection to match fixing of football matches. The film co-stars Vic Zhou, Bowie Lam, and some of the first film’s original cast. This film marks the first collaboration in nearly two decades for the two lead actors, whose last film together was Ringo Lam‘s The Suspect in 1998.

David Lam returns to direct the sequel with Raymond Wong producing with a release date of August 26 in Hong Kong from Pegasus Motion Pictures.
