The competition for the heroic Kurt Sloane in Kickboxer: Retaliation has just gotten even bigger as the current “World’s Strongest Man”, Brian Shaw, has joined the cast.
Shaw joins Alain Moussi as we will see Kurt Sloane forced to fight in prison against insurmountable odds with various prisoners with the biggest competition being Mongkut, played by the “Mountain” of Game of Thrones, Hafthor Julius Bjornsson. Shaw co-stars alongside Ultimate Fighters Paige VanZant, Fabricio Wedum, and Roy “Big Country” Nelson, soccer star Ronaldinho, and boxing legend Mike Tyson.
Dimitri Logothesis has written the second of a proposed trilogy and is directing this installment, currently in production for a 2017 release date.
